An Australian woman who allegedly set fire to her husband's genitals because she believed he was having an affair appeared in court on a murder charge. She told neighbours she had only wanted to burn her husband's penis "so it belongs to me and no one else," "It's just his penis I wanted to burn, I didn't mean this to happen." The husband was asleep when his wife doused his genitals with methylated spirit and set them on fire.

Nearly one out of two women would rather give up sex for two weeks than go without the Internet. Forty-six percent of the women polled said they would rather go without sex for two weeks than give up access to the Internet for the same period of time, according to the survey. While only 30 percent of men said they would rather forgo intimate relations than cyber ones.

No breakfast, earlier sex: Japan study
There are many theories on the links between food and sex, but Japanese researchers have came up with a new finding -- young people who skip breakfast tend to lose their virginity earlier. In a study of 3,000 people, those who did not regularly eat breakfast when in their early teens said they lost their virginity at an average age of 17.5, versus an overall average of age 19 for all Japanese. For those who had a morning meal when they were younger, the average age of having the first sexual experience was 19.4. "Those unhappy with their parents -- such as for not preparing breakfast -- may tend to find a way to release their frustration by having sex," said Kunio Kitamura, head of the Japan Family Planning Association who led the research.
